After a rockin' spring, some employee shuffle forced Indulge to take a summer break from creating updates on the Yamhill Valley food and drink scene. But like Vanilla Ice (oh no I didn't), we're back with a brand new edition (yes, I did -- OK, not quite the same, but close).
Our latest magazine hit stands today. You can read it online here. Inside you'll find many articles, including: a feature on food and beer pairing (spotlighting Golden Valley Brewery and Grain Station Brew Works); a delectable restaurant review of La Rambla and Gem Creole Station; a look at Carlton's new vegetarian and vegan food cart, Robin's Egg; a preview of downtown McMinnville's soon-to-open, yet-to-be-named beer garden (a sibling business to The Bitter Monk); a wine tasting article about satellite tasting rooms like Zerba Cellars, Cathedral Ridge Winery and Troon Vineyards; Republic of Jam's new spirits endeavor; and a colorful feature on the Dundee Hills Food Forest.
Of course, there's also much more content from the bevy of local businesses who advertised in the edition -- a decision both wise for them and for the community, as this little publication continues to grow its readership and importance to the local food and drink industries.
Expect much, much more news posts and photo galleries exclusive to this website in the coming days, weeks and months. And, please, if you have any story ideas, news tips or event listings, send them to indulge@yamhillvalley.com.
Cheers!
